Baron Ambrosia has spent the past five years traveling the world in search of Culinary Enlightenment. Whether hunting down Ca Cuong in Northern Vietnam, sipping pepper-steeped kleren in Cite Soleil, Haiti, comparing Qat varieties in the markets of Sana'a, Yemen, or tasting strange fruits in the jungles of Peru, the Baron's motto has remained "palate first."
Now he returns to his compound in the Bronx to begin a new series of adventures, and he would love for you to come along. With the help of a lavender cotton candy roadster and a curious amber claw, Baron Ambrosia will try to rediscover the soul of a city.
